Adding/Logging or Backdating Weight in Pokii

Add Today’s Weight in Pokii

  1. Open Pokii.

  2. On the Chart, tap the green “+” button in the chart header.

  3. Select your weight for today and click Add.

  4. The chart will update instantly.

  5. This also adds it to Apple Health


Add Past Weights

Pokii supports two ways to add past weights — directly in the app, or through Apple Health.

Option 1: Add Past Weight in Pokii

  1. Go to the Calendar View in Pokii (bottom right Calendar icon).

  2. Select the date you want to log a weight for.

  3. Return to the Dashboard (bottom left Home icon).

  4. Tap the green “+” button in the chart header.

  5. Select your weight — it will be saved for the date you chose in Calendar view (not just today).


Option 2: Add Past Weights via Apple Health

You can also add past weights directly into Apple Health, and Pokii will sync them automatically

  1. Open the Apple Health app.

  2. Go to Browse → Body Measurements → Weight.

  3. Tap Add Data (top right).

  4. Enter your weight and select the correct date.

  5. Return to Pokii and swipe down on the Chart to refresh.

  6. Your backdated entry will now appear in Pokii.
